Christmas

Christmas is right around the corner and it has me thinking about romance and being in a relationship. This time of year can be fun and magical, yet for some it is lonely and sad. I have thought about it a lot lately. How much it can hurt to break up with someone you love this time of year but it happens. And as much as we all get sad, we still need to pick ourselves up and remember that we all have loved ones around us. Maybe they are family, maybe they are friends, but life has always given us some unexpected people to care for and share our lives with. And taking the time to appreciate all those who are around us and care about us is a big part of this holiday season. So cheers to all those out there who have someone who cares, whether close or far from you, they are still the ones in your life who care about you.
