There is something to be said for being in silence. Having a quiet moment is vital for everyone. No, you won’t die if you don’t get a moment. However, I say it’s critical because it gives us time to ourselves to think, to rest our minds, to give ourselves time. This is crucial for maintaining a healthy mental state. And when we have a good mental state, we can be a better person to our partner. This can be what makes or breaks your relationship because when we cannot find time to clear our minds, we may make mistakes or do things that we can regret. In a relationship, it is important to have time with your partner, yet also just as important to have a moment of silence with just yourself.
